The ‘R’ on the APEX 52 R stands for ‘rear-discharge’. The mown grass is discharged to the rear, between the wheels. Advantage: Cuttings are not thrown onto paths or into flower beds. With its first-class Kawasaki FR691 V-Twin engine, its highly stable frame and its professional cutting deck with a cutting width of 132 cm, it is ideal for commercial use.

Features & Benefits
The frame, made entirely of tubular steel, forms the skeleton of the mower. It bears the entire load of the machine for many years and must be able to cope with shocks and vibrations over the long term. State-of-the-art bending technology avoids weak points due to welded joints.
The mowing deck is the most heavily loaded component of a mower. Stability is particularly important here: The new ENVY mower deck has improved air flow and an enlarged discharge. Lying grass is lifted higher and cut perfectly. With 4-point suspension for permanent fixation and parallelism. Furthermore, Blade spindles made of forged aluminium. Cooler running and more impact and vibration
resistant than cast spindles. Standard in the course of the 2025 season on APEX and ZENITH & the new IKON.
The automatic CBT (Constant Belt Tension) technology keeps the belt tension of the mower deck constant at all times. This increases the service life of the belt, compensates for wear and prevents belt slippage for a consistently high-quality cutting pattern.
The solid cutting deck is raised conveniently and effortlessly using a foot pedal. To select one of the 15 cutting heights from 3.8 - 12.7 cm, a metal plug is inserted into the respective recess in the display.
The mowing deck is easy to access from above for cleaning and maintenance. Thanks to CBT technology, changing the belt takes just a few minutes. Simply slacken the tensioning pulleys, thread in the belt, tension the tensioning pulleys again - done.
The APEX series offers enhanced operator comfort with new ergonomic steering levers that fit perfectly in the hand for easy control. A thickly padded seat with a high backrest and adjustable operator position ensures maximum comfort. Thickly padded armrests further enhance the user experience, making long mowing sessions more enjoyable.
