Team Spirit, Pride & Perspectives: AriensCo Townhall Meeting in Bühlertann
Coming Together to Shape What’s Next
In November 2025, AriensCo EMEAA held its annual Townhall Meeting at the production site in Bühlertann. The event brought together team members from multiple countries and departments for a day of reflection, recognition and forward-looking dialogue.
Jim Young, Executive Vice President EMEAA, opened the meeting with a review of the fiscal year and shared the strategic direction for 2026. His address highlighted the company’s product roadmap, upcoming innovations and the importance of remaining closely connected to our dealer network and customers across the region.
Operational Strength: Focus on Performance
Head of Operations Dr Katrin Voß presented key figures and updates from the production floor. Her report showed how leaner workflows, new assembly line layouts and refined shift structures have driven a measurable increase in productivity — strengthening the Bühlertann site’s role within AriensCo’s global operations.
Honouring Commitment: Two Employees Celebrated
A highlight of the meeting was the recognition of two employees for 25 years of service to the company.
-
Wladimir Schefer, who began his journey at the former Oberrot site, now works on the AS 510 line.
-
Ilias Delitzoglou has been active on the Allmäher line since the early days and supports both two-stroke engine testing and production.
Tamara Hauenstein, VP Human Resources EMEAA, led the celebration with words of gratitude:
“A quarter century of commitment is a powerful symbol. Your loyalty, attitude and energy make you true ambassadors of AriensCo culture.”
Culture That Powers Progress
The Townhall Meeting served as a reminder of what drives our success: the people behind the machines. Their passion, experience and contribution shape not only the products we build but the values we represent.
From field to factory, from innovation to implementation — AriensCo continues to grow with the people who make it happen.
