One Team, One Look: AriensCo Workwear Unites Ariens & AS-Motor
At AriensCo EMEAA, a unified identity is no longer just an idea – it's now part of our daily uniform.
In workshops, showrooms, offices and service hubs across Europe, the teams behind Ariens and AS-Motor are now working in newly designed AriensCo workwear. But this update goes deeper than new shirts and jackets. It's a practical expression of how two brands operate together under the AriensCo roof. Shared goals, shared values, and now, a shared look.
More than just an update, the new collection visually reflects how close the Ariens and AS-Motor teams have become since aligning under the EMEAA umbrella. The goal? Bring people together under one strong brand identity without losing what makes each team distinct. The collection picks up AriensCo’s updated blue-grey colour palette and turns it into something that feels good to wear, lasts through tough jobs, and helps us show up consistently in front of customers.
A joint project with the people who wear it
This was no off-the-shelf solution. The collection was built from scratch with direct input from employees across functions. Fit, fabric, features – everything was tested, discussed and refined. The effort was led by Marc Schilling, Team Lead Marketing at AriensCo EMEAA, who managed the entire development process together with our textile partner Clothing Network.
Marc shares: “We worked very closely with Clothing Network, a team we already knew well from our previous Casual Line collections. They delivered the precision and flexibility we needed to create something that works across departments, climates, and use cases. The result is a strong collection that simply makes sense for our teams.”
From breathable shirts to tough trousers and everyday outerwear, the new range supports the way our people work and move – whether in customer service or demo support, on the line or out in the field.
Why it matters
When teams feel connected to what they wear, it improves more than appearance. It affects pride, confidence, and team cohesion. Wearing a consistent look also helps create better visibility in photos, videos, and during on-site events or trade shows. For new employees, it makes onboarding more welcoming. For customers, it presents a professional, unified first impression.
In Marc’s words: “This isn’t about branding everything. It’s about putting people first – giving them something functional that also feels like it belongs to them.”
A partner that shares our values
The collection also reflects our long-term approach to sustainability. That’s why we chose to work with Clothing Network, a company committed to ethical sourcing, low-waste production and sustainable fabrics. The clothing is manufactured using organic and recycled materials, with many pieces made at their certified Greenfactory site in India. Their supply chains are fully traceable and meet the highest international standards, including GOTS, GRS, Fairtrade and more.
These principles align directly with AriensCo’s own focus on quality, repairability and long product life – values shared by both Ariens and AS-Motor across the product portfolio.
Visible alignment, functional design
At the end of the day, workwear should work. But it can also connect. And this new collection does exactly that. It highlights what’s possible when two strong brands move forward together – not just under the same roof, but with the same purpose.
